CAN I PRE-ORDER?
We will be putting together orders as we receive them - please be in the carpark when you are placing your order to ensure smooth service - and hot coffee!

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO TYPE OUT MY COFFEE ORDER SO YOU GET ALL THE INFO YOU NEED?
This is a great question! -type it in this order -
- Quantity
- Size (large or regular)
- Soy/Oat milk (if you want it) 
- Type of drink
- and any sugars  
e.g. 1 x reg soy flat white and 1 x large cappuccino with one sugar

CAN I PAY WITH CASH?
At the moment we are only accepting card / eftpos / pay wave as payments at the Roastery

DO I HAVE TO HAVE PAYWAVE?
We have an Eftpos terminal available if you don't have pay wave

CAN I USE MY RE-USEABLE CUP?
Yes! Just let us know you have your own cup when you place your order. Please make sure your cup is properly cleaned and you have removed the lid.

CAN I USE THIS CHAT OPTION TO ORDER PRODUCTS FOR WEDNESDAY DELIVERY?
Please make all your orders for Wednesday delivery / dispatch through our main website - www.fareast.co.nz
 
CAN I ORDER COFFEE FOR HOME USE?
Yes! You need to be in the carpark when you place your order
 
HOW DO I ENSURE I DON'T MISS OUT ON A SCONE?
We sell scones on a first in first served basis - so we recommend you get in early if you want to ensure you get one : )
 
ARE YOU FOLLOWING ALL THE HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES?
Yes! In addition to our Food Control plan we are ensuring we are following Government recommendations.
